For Host4Africa's outgoing mail server, we need to change two more settings.

Once again go to 'Tools' / 'Accounts' and double-click on the new account you have just created. Click on the 'Servers' tab. Here you must add a 'tick' next to the words 'My server requires authentication'.

Email

Now click on 'Settings'. Add your 'Account name' and password again. 'OK'.

Email

Click on the 'Advanced' tab. Change the 'Outgoing mail' port to 587. 'OK'.

Email

If all went well you should now be able to send and receive email with your new email account.
