Package 1 - Basic
A Basic website is plain and simple with no unnecessary scripts or special effects. Its only purpose is to promote a business. The key word here is "simplicity".
What is included?
- A layout using your chosen color scheme, logo* and content
- An easy to use navigation system (menu)
- A visitor counter
- A custom 404 (error) page
- An email form (see an example)
- Website validation
- Browser compatibility test
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Submission to the following search engines: Google, Yahoo! & Bing
*If no logo is available a custom header will be designed at no extra cost.
Cost:
The above package is available for only R840 (5 pages).
If more than 5 pages is required, an amount of R80 is applicable per extra page.
Update requests (adding or removing content once the website is online) will be charged at R80 per hour.
Package 2 - Membership
PHP scripts are integrated into a Basic website to create a membership section where visitors are required to register and login with a username and password. By using a login system, the whole website or certain pages thereof are restricted to registered users only and you will know exactly how many visitors accessed the restricted area.
What is included?
The same as for Package 1 - Basic
Cost:
Package 1 + R140 (ie. R840 + R140 = R980) (5 pages)
If more than 5 pages is required, an amount of R80 is applicable per extra page.
Update requests (adding or removing content once the website is online) will be charged at R80 per hour.
Requirements:
Your website's hosting package must include PHP and MySQL (database).
Package 3 - eCommerce
An eCommerce website is divided into two sections: the Store itself (where visitors browse and add items to their shopping cart) and the Admin Area (where a shop owner manages the store inventory by adding items, prices, descriptions and images).
The total cost of an eCommerce website depends on the number of categories and items in its inventory.
What is included?
The same as for Package 1 - Basic
Cost:
Package 1 + R560 (ie. R840 + R560 = R1 400) (3 categories, 30 items each).
If more categories and items are required, this cost will be calculated at R80 per hour.
Update requests (adding or removing content once the website is online) will also be charged at R80 per hour.
Requirements:
Your website's hosting package must include PHP and MySQL (database).
A PayFast account (South African payment gateway).
